2026 Campaign
Food Shouldn't Hurt

Life Narrows

This awareness campaign is centered around a short video that portrays the lived experiences of four patients—a child, a teenager, and two adults—living with Eosinophilic Esophagitis. It highlights the daily challenges they face, from dysphagia and uncertainty around what foods are safe to eat, to the social and emotional impact of not being able to enjoy life in the same way as their peers. The campaign also captures the need many patients feel to put on a brave face despite these struggles. Through these personal stories, “Life Narrows” illustrates how EoE progressively restricts, or “narrows,” different aspects of life.

Knots

This campaign builds on the collaborative work of the EoE Alliance to define a unified “EoE Patient Care Pathway.” Designed for a general audience, it uses a simple and accessible visual metaphor to explain what an optimal patient journey should look like—from the onset of symptoms, to seeking medical help, receiving an accurate diagnosis, and beginning effective management. “Knots” emphasizes how a clearer, more coordinated pathway can help patients navigate the healthcare system more efficiently and ultimately regain control of their lives.
